Poetry Festival continued in Gotland with an intense program offering beautiful and challenging word-, dance- and visual art – all united under the sign of poetry. Between this year’s Poetry Festival participants can be found among other Mircea Cartarescu, Ann Jäderlund, Pia Tafdrup.

In cooperation with Gotland Museum the Poetry Festival is testing a new concept – poetry at the main square of Visby, - Stora Torget, where the Saint Karins spectacular church ruin became festivals´ main stage, where all the happenings of the program took place.

The Poetry Festival travelled to the South of Gotland, visiting Klintehamn Library and Vamblingo prästgård – museum of Lars Jonsson.
